When will 5G Phones Be Available?

We present a list with the next 5G Smartphones to be launched this year and a small review of each of them in addition to the launch date and price. 5G technology is getting closer to us and is already available in some countries with 5G networks for several months ago, however most people wonder when they will have this technology in their hands, in other words when will they have their new 5G smartphones.

Smartphone companies such as Samsung and Apple are developing new models that are compatible with 5G technology and these will be launched this 2019 along with other 5G devices.

Moto Z3

Ahead of all other brands, Motorola was the first to develop and launch a 5G Smartphone, which is the well-known Moto Z3 model launched in 2018 but with the new 5G connection feature with the Moto Mod.

At the moment it is only available in the United States on Verizon.

Moto Z4

The Moto Z4 model is similar to the Moto Z3 as long as it is compatible with 5G but only with Moto Mod. It has a 6.4-inch screen, 48MP main camera, 25MP front camera, 3600 mAh battery.

It is currently only available on Verizon and was released on June 13 in the United States.

LG V50 ThinQ

Includes a 6.4-inch screen, 6GB RAM, three cameras on the back (12 MP standard lens, 12 MP telephoto lens and a 16 MP ultra-wide lens), 2 front cameras (8 MP standard lens and a 5 MP wide-angle lens), 4000 mAh battery, IP68 certification (waterproof and dustproof).

At the moment it is only available in the United States and England and was launched in early 2019

Samsung Galaxy A90

There is news that Samsung is developing a 5G Smartphone cheaper than the others recently launched, that is, more affordable for the general public, however there is not much information about the launch date but it is presumed that it will reach the American markets at early or mid-2020.

At the moment it is only available in the United States and a few other countries.

Without being left behind Apple will launch its model to support 5G technology, however we will have to wait until approximately 2021 since its next model that will launch to the market (iPhone 11) will not have 5G connectivity.

But since Apple smartphones are sold globally we can count the iPhone 12 will be available in most countries.

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G

The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G includes an AMOLED curved screen, novel pop-up selfie camera, Snapdragon 855 processor and is generally the same as the OnePlus 7 Pro released last year but with the added 5G connectivity feature.

At the moment it is only available in the UK and will be released in some countries soon.

The Xiaomi Company will soon launch its 5G version of the Black Shark 2 although most expected a 5G version of the Black Shark 3, although there is no confirmed date yet, the Smartphone is expected to be released in 2019.

The Royole FlexPai was launched at the beginning of 2019 however at the moment it is not compatible with the 5G connection, but the company says that later this year it will launch a software update so that the Royole FlexPai has 5G connectivity.

Available in most countries for purchase, it should be remembered that it is one of the most expensive at the moment.

Huawei Mate X

The Huawei Mate X model includes apart from being compatible with 5G, 512GB of storage, 8GB RAM, and the novel feature of a screen capable of folding, includes 3 screens (a large 8-inch layer capable of folding in half leaving 2 screens on each side: one 6.6 inches and another 6.4 inches).

Being one of the most expensive 5G smartphones, its launch will be approximately in September 2019 in America.

Its release date is slightly delayed but it will be released in the coming months in England.

ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G

The ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G model includes a 6.47-inch screen, a Snapdragon 855 processor, a powerful 4000 mAh battery, 128GB of storage, 6GB Ram, three main cameras (a standard 48 MP lens, a wide-angle lens 20 MP and an 8 MP telephoto lens) and a 20 MP front camera.

Its launch will be in Europe although there is still no confirmed date or price.

The Sony Company has announced that it will launch its 5G model when 5G technology is available for most countries, however it does not detail much information about its design.

It is speculated that it will be a model with a screen capable of bending and that it could be called Sony Xperia F.

Honor

Honor belongs to Huawei company, it is a sub-brand that will soon launch its 5G models to the market as well as those already developed by Huawei.

In the recent interview with the president of Honor, it was learned that the launch is determined by the end of 2019 and it is speculated that it will be more affordable than the Huawei 5G line.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G

The latest news announce that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 model will be equipped with 5G connectivity since the Samsung Galaxy S10 in its launch included this feature.

Its launch is still to be confirmed but it is speculated as of the end of 2019, being available first in the United States.
