Asus ROG Phone
The new Asus ROG Phone is undoubtedly a gamer smartphone. A full metal body with a glass back again is accented throughout with aggressive-looking streaks and lines. Two speakers on the front deliver stereo sound. An 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 clocked at 2.96 GHz ticks inside, a generous 8 GB of RAM chip takes treatment of multitasking, and you’ve got a choice in between 128 GB and 512 GB of storage. There’s a dual digital camera module on the back again — a 12 MP main digital camera and an 8 MP secondary digital camera with a 120-degree wide-angle lens. On the front, there exists an 8 MP snapper. All of this is stored on by a rather generous 4,000 mAh battery.The display is an 18:9 AMOLED solar panel with the super-impressive refresh rate of 90 Hz.
Xiaomi Black Shark Helo
The new Black Shark Helo telephone swaps the LCD solar panel for an AMOLED one but nevertheless notch-less, 6.01″ in diagonal and with FHD+ (1080 x 2160) resolution.
Naturally, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 845 paired with possibly 6GB or 8GB of RAM while storage continues to be constant – 128GB. Nevertheless a 3rd premium option now joins the ranks, boasting 10GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. No word on microSD card support, though.
According to the specs sheet, the digital camera department is not too shabby as well – we’ve got a 12MP + 20MP digital camera combo with the main 12MP sensor sitting at the rear of a fast f/1.75 lens and featuring big 1.25μm pixels. The front-facing shooter delivers 20MP resolution and f/2.2 aperture.
The Xiaomi Black Shark Helo is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 standard support, but we are not sure of the software program version for now. Our educated guess would be Android 8.1 Oreo operating out of the container with Xiaomi’s MIUI 10 on top.
